Minimum age: 18 years old, younger than that only with parental consent or their presence.
Reservations accepted by: Website, e-mail, mobile phone or physical store.
Cancellation on our part, if weather/accident/traffic conditions do not apply, we will pay the refund given to us, or suggest another company.
You will need to make a transfer to our company of 25% of the total amount to guarantee your reservation, a non-refundable amount and the remaining 75% of the amount on the day of booking and before the tour. Automatically when we receive your transfer you agree to our terms.
We do not guarantee flights or stays that you have booked, make sure you are present on the booking date, otherwise we will not refund the transfer amount.
Our pick up at the Airport time: 9.00h – 19.00h, after or before these hours extra payment must send the flight times for us to send the amount.
The day starts at 09.00h at the Workshop with a briefing, we go to the trails at 09.30h, lunch around 13.00h and we usually arrive around 17.00h.
When you participate in one of our tours, you must be aware of the dangers of this activity and other dangers that are not part of our company’s possession. We are not responsible for injuries/death/damage you may cause yourself or others.
You are solely responsible for the bicycle, you will have to leave a deposit of €100 for the rented bicycle, which will be refunded at the end of the tour if the bicycle remains in good condition.
We have a mechanic who checks the bike’s components every day but we advise you to check the condition of the bike when you collect the bike, you agree to pay any damage to the bike lower or higher than the deposit left by it. Thefts will be paid the full value of the bike in new condition.
If the bikes belong to the customers themselves, we can store them in our physical store and wash them with an extra charge of €7.5 per day for each bike.
Agreeing to be responsible for the company’s used material and your own well-being. Always exclude the liability of the partners, guide, driver and entities associated with the company for any action taken by you.
